Golden Aluminum in Fort Lupton, CO is hiring Production Technicians to operate heavy, complex foundry equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will work with presses, mills, casters, shredders, ovens, and annealers, ensuring safety and quality.

The position offers $20+ per hour, a 3-day weekend every other week, and up to $1,200 quarterly bonus, plus 401k match and health benefits. forklift experience is a plus; must lift up to 50 lbs and pass a pre-employment drug test; 2x2x3 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug test per federal law (includes marijuana).
• Work any shift (2x2x3 schedule), 12 hours per shift, alternating day/night every 6 weeks.
• Basic Microsoft computer skills and basic/fundamental math skills.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Ensure product flow while inspecting quality to meet specs.
• Operate forklifts as needed.
• Monitor machine calibrations and adjust as required.
• Set up and tear down machines safely.
• Maintain quality control levels per standards.
