JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for machine operation and crew management in a light industrial setting. Ensures proper and safe operation of equipment, quality, output, and meeting production goals. Fulfills duties of a Production Technician 1 and 2 as required.

Shift: 2nd Shift, Start Time: 7:15 PM - 5:45 AM

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Production: Monitors machine and personnel performance, ensures goals are met, communicates issues, completes work assignments, and performs basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Crew Leadership/Training: Organizes crew activities, delegates tasks, trains, and develops crew members.
• Quality and Waste: Monitors product quality, makes adjustments, and reduces waste.
• Communication/Record Keeping: Maintains records, communicates personnel and operational issues, and reports pertinent information to supervisors and other shifts.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience: 3-5 years related experience; basic computer skills

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to multi-task, lead a machine line, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, effective communication, troubleshooting skills, mathematical skills, basic computer skills, operate a pallet jack, and understand manufacturing operations. English communication skills are preferred.

Additional Information
