Smurfit WestRock in Sioux City, IA is hiring a Production Worker for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting wage is $21.61/hr with increases after 60 days up to $27.98/hr depending on assignment.

Eligible for health, life, and disability insurance after 60 days, plus a 401(k) with company contributions and paid holidays. Candidates will perform packaging manufacturing tasks, quality checks, and equipment setup in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and follow specific directions.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Read and communicate in English.
• Push, pull, bend, squat, reach, kneel, and stand for long periods.
• Work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload.
