TWE Nonwovens US Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Production Worker to follow procedures, meet productivity goals, and ensure quality and safety. The role involves stacking, bagging, labeling, and storing finished goods, with opportunity to assist maintenance and other areas as needed.

The position requires physical endurance, ability to read simple instructions, and basic math skills. It is a full-time hourly role with various bonuses and benefits offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have transportation.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Set up Winderhead and prepare bags/labels per shop order specs.
• Ensure product meets quality specs and communicate with quality control.
• Stack pads according to shop order specs.
• Assist in measuring, weighing, and counting finished materials per specs.
• Package correctly and label bags with correct tubes and materials.
• Store finished goods in designated area.
• Record production information on forms.
• Participate in 6S and maintain shift housekeeping.
• Move and recycle material scraps to the picker.
• Assist other production areas and maintenance as needed.
• Perform other assigned duties.
