A leading Plastics Manufacturer in McCalla, AL is seeking a Machine Operator/Production Technician to operate automated equipment safely and assure quality specifications. Candidates should have relevant experience in blow-molding or injection molding and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role offers competitive pay starting at $22 per hour along with various benefits including 18 days of paid time off a year.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off.
• Experience in blow-molding or injection molding is preferred.
• Able to operate a computer to enter & retrieve data.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated blow-molding and injection-molding equipment safely.
• Monitor & troubleshoot equipment for optimal production.
• Assure quality checks for specifications.

Skills

Experience in blow-molding or injection molding

Ability to use basic hand tools

Mechanical and technical skills
