Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Production Technician I for Williamson, NY. This role involves operating and monitoring high-speed production equipment, ensuring safety and quality, and participating in lean daily management and problem-solving processes.

Employees may work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation or 8-hour shifts on a varying schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience with operation of high-speed production machinery preferred
• 1 year prior experience monitoring of product quality preferred
• Ability to quickly learn processing and packaging equipment; mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred
• Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and solve problems
• Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software
• Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations

Job Overview:

Production Technician I - Williamson, NY

Shift and Schedule

• This position could work 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotations or 8 hour shifts 5 or more days a week.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.

• Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.

• Actively learn and participate in formal problem‑solving processes with team members.
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $23.06 per hour.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.
