Job summary

MSA Safety is hiring a Production Technician for its Ventura, CA facility. 1st shift: Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Pay rate $22.00–$27.00/hr depending on experience.

Build and assemble parts and sub-assemblies for industrial use, following drawings and quality standards. This role requires basic tool familiarity, willingness to learn soldering, experience with wiring and tubing, and reading work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with basic tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, drills.
• Willingness to learn soldering when needed.
• Experience with wiring and tubing is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
• Team player who helps coworkers.
• Safety glasses must be worn.
