• Assemble components of a battery or a full battery according to instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Participate in different manufacturing processes as designated on a daily basis by the production supervisor.
• Ensure the accuracy of parts and components used in the assembly process.
• Report any assembly‑related problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in an industrial environment (manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, etc.), or completion of an Eos approved Partnership Training Program.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.

Working Conditions

The worker may be subject to hazards including proximity to moving mechanical parts, vibration, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to temperature changes or chemicals. The employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, odors, dust, mists, and gases. The noise level can be loud. Work may require close visual acuity for tasks such as preparing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection of small parts, and operating machines. Machinery operation requires safety equipment such as eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and lab coats. The job may require exerting up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects, including the human body.

Additional Requirements

This job requires the ability to effectively communicate orally (and occasionally in writing) with co-workers and supervisors, and the ability to understand and quickly react to job‑related oral and/or written directions, safety information, and communications (generally in English). Manufacturing processes are constantly changing and evolving.
