Job summary

Lanner Electronics USA Inc. in Union City, CA is seeking a Contractor - 3rd Party Manual Labor at our USA Support Center to perform essential manufacturing tasks.

You will assemble production units, conduct quality inspections, pack and unpack, use testing instruments, and document results while maintaining a clean, 7S-compliant workspace. This is a contract role with adherence to safety policies and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble production units according to the work schedule and instructions provided by management.
• Perform quality inspections, counts, and functional tests on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Pack and unpack products in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each product line.
• Use standard testing, measuring, and diagnostic instruments to inspect, verify, and ensure product quality and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities, test results, and quality data.
• Provide cross-functional support to the Operations Department as required to meet business and production objectives.
• Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements, including the proper use of protective equipment and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in accordance with company housekeeping and 7S standards.- Assist in meeting production goals, delivery schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary Range: $26.00 To $29.00 Annually
