Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Union City, CA, is seeking a contractor to assemble production units, follow the work schedule, and support the Operations Department to meet production goals and delivery schedules.

You will perform quality inspections and functional tests, pack/unpack per SOPs, maintain records, use testing instruments, and ensure safety, 7S housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble production units according to work schedule and instructions.
• Perform quality inspections, counts, and functional tests to ensure quality standards.
• Pack and unpack products per SOPs for each product line.
• Use testing, measuring, and diagnostic instruments to inspect quality and functionality.
• Maintain records and documentation of production activities and test results.
• Provide cross-functional support to Operations to meet objectives.
• Follow safety policies, SOPs, and ESD requirements including proper use of PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized 7S work area.
• Assist in meeting production goals and delivery schedules.

Salary Range: $26.00 To $29.00 Annually

• - Assemble production units according to the work schedule and instructions provided by management.
• - Perform quality inspections, counts, and functional tests on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• - Pack and unpack products in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each product line.
• - Use standard testing, measuring, and diagnostic instruments to inspect, verify, and ensure product quality and functionality.
• - Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities, test results, and quality data.
• - Provide cross-functional support to the Operations Department as required to meet business and production objectives.
• - Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements, including the proper use of protective equipment and safe work practices.
• - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in accordance with company housekeeping and 7S standards.
• - Assist in meeting production goals, delivery schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives.
