Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Production Technician to join our team on-site in Rockledge, FL. The Production Technician will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and testing lighting products to ensure quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting products for quality control, and ensuring compliance with our ISO9001 program. Collaboration and communication with team members to ensure efficient workflow are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance preferred
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and documentation
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to problem solve
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the lighting or electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage

Requirements

• Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).

Ability to take the Company’s traveler (router, bill of materials, etc.) and assemble products or components per these work orders and/or procedures, drawings, and schematics
