Production Technician

Total Seed Production, a corn and soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, IN, is seeking qualified applicants who have an interest in the seed business and agriculture.

Qualified candidates must be willing to work hands‑on, possess mechanical skills, and be able to support plant operations related to the production of corn and soybean seed. This role may be part of our packaging operation, field operation, or plant activities. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

Shift schedule: 1st shift 7 am–4 pm; 2nd shift 3 pm–11 pm. Applicants must be willing and able to work both inside and outside during different farming seasons and have knowledge or a willingness to learn inventory control and basic plant operations.

Previous forklift experience preferred. Agricultural experience is a plus but not required.
