Job summary

LeanTeq 濂達科技 is seeking a Chemical Technician to handle chemicals safely, perform cleaning on critical parts, and maintain production records in a cleanroom, adhering to ISO 9001:2015.

Work with a team to meet delivery schedules, take measurements for critical dimensions, and follow production processes precisely. Minimum qualifications include a related certificate or associate’s degree and some lab experience with chemicals; strong documentation and computer skills are a plus.

Job Summary

The Chemical Technician is responsible for handling chemicals, solutions, and chemical waste safely, performing cleaning operations on critical parts, maintaining production records, taking measurements for critical dimensions, and working in a cleanroom environment. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, and collaboration within a team to meet customer delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a team to achieve customer‑dictated delivery schedules
• Work in a cleanroom environment for specialty processes
• Support design‑of‑experiments and customer process development
• Handle chemicals, solutions, and chemical waste safely and appropriately

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• Preferably a certificate or associate’s degree in chemical technology or a related field such as chemical process engineering
• Some laboratory or equivalent experience working with chemicals is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, handle delicate parts and equipment, and work with hazardous materials
• Strong pride in work and a quality orientation
• Comfortable using computers for various workflows

Interaction With Other Employees

• Communicate regularly with the Production Lead and teammates on daily assignments and report any discrepancies or relevant production‑related information
• Work frequently with the Manufacturing Director to improve quality and processes

Job Condition Requirements

• Stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, talk, hear, and smell; lift or move up to 30 pounds on a repetitive basis; maintain close vision, color vision, and focus; use a computer for extended periods; perform tasks during non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends, and possible holidays.

Pay

$22.00 – $27.00 per hour
