We’re looking for technical SKILLED MACHINE OPERATORS to join our 2nd and 3rd shift production teams. Our operators are trained to use tools for set-up, changeovers and troubleshooting, while running different products each with unique characteristics to adapt the machine to. Who/what are we looking for?

  • Individuals who have mechanical aptitude and the ability to solve problems while thinking outside the box.
  • Stable work history - training takes 3 - 6 months on all our machines (no one comes here knowing how to make tape, so we will train you to make products for cars, appliances, construction, overnight mail envelopes, and much more).

  • Skill-based pay - when you gain new skills by learning a new machine, your pay rate is increased.
  • Quarterly bonus – up to 12% of gross earnings per quarter and new employees are eligible from day 1. It has never been missed, even during COVID.
  • Merit increase - annual performance reviews with potential increases, too.
  • Education assistance - tuition reimbursement for tesa or manufacturing-related classes.
  • Opportunity for OT - when you sign up and work OT, it increases your quarterly bonus.
  • Profit sharing 401(k) bonus - tesa contributes up to 7% of gross annual earnings to eligible employees' 401(k) in addition to the 50% match up to 6%. That means, if you put in 6%, you get 10% more from tesa, subject to plan rules.
  • Culture of respect - you will be asked for your opinion by engineers and management alike.
  • Job security - we’ve been here for 43+ years and continue to expand our facility.
  • Benefits start the 1st of the month after hire - 2 medical plans, dental, vision, disability, life, and more.
  • PTO and sick time available after your first 3 months - 20 days combined per year, prorated the first year. Another day is added on each anniversary date.
  • Paid Parental Leave – Up to 4 weeks of paid time off to bond with a new baby.
  • Holiday pay - eligible immediately and holiday work is extremely rare. Family time is important to us, too.
