Job summary

AvaDent® Digital Dental Solutions is seeking a Production Technician to support our dental manufacturing operation. This hands-on role involves working in milling, scanning, 3D printing, and related systems, with training provided.

You will learn multiple production processes, maintain quality, follow SOPs, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Learn and become proficient in multiple production processes through hands-on training and cross-training.
• Operate production equipment to include milling, scanning, 3D printing, and related systems as assigned.
• Prepare, load, unload, clean, and process products, materials, and equipment according to established procedures.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, completeness, and visible defects.
• Accurately complete required production documentation and system entries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Report quality, equipment, material, or production issues promptly to a supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to meet daily production requirements.
• Cross train in additional production areas and support other functions as business needs change.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

The Production Technician is a hands-on position supporting AvaDent's dental manufacturing operation. Team members are trained to perform a variety of production tasks and may work in different areas based on their training, experience, production volume, staffing, and the needs of the business.

Production areas may include milling, scanning, 3D printing, equipment operation, material preparation, cleaning and post-processing, quality checks, and other manufacturing activities. Previous dental or manufacturing experience is not required. AvaDent provides training for the right individuals.

Production Technicians are expected to become cross-trained over time and may be assigned or moved between production areas as workload and business needs change.
