Key Responsibilities

• Performs the lay-down process to ensure electrode range for production.
• Check carrier bars before starting any job to improve impression and quality.
• Adjust electrode Viscosity according to procedure
• Inspects machinery to ensure that it is properly functioning and changes or reports damaged parts to supervisor or maintenance department
• Clean, inspect storage screens (tension, emulsion and distortion)
• Supply materials (acetone, wipes) to the printer
• Trim and cure ceramic bars after screening
• Technical support (squeegee adjustments, scraper, vacuum printer settings) to screening operators.
• Keep records for maintenance.
• Other duties may be assigned
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum education and/or experience required to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High School Degree
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technician Certification preferred

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting pay for this role is targeted to be between $18 and $20 per hour.
