The Production Technician is responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and labeling of TechLab diagnostic kits and components (including lateral flow devices). This role supports production operations through manual assembly, equipment use, accurate documentation, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. The Production Technician ensures all products are complete, compliant, and produced in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records (MBRs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). These positions report to a Production Supervisor (Packaging, Lab, or Dry Room, as assigned).
The Production Technicians may work in a room with very low humidity. Eye drops, gloves, and other necessary items will be provided. A typical workweek is Monday through Friday 8:00‑4:30 or 8:30‑5:00 – flexible work schedules may be available. Overtime is required during different times.
