Position Overview:

Assembles electronic components utilizing assembly documents while following Aspen’s specifications and quality control process. Ensures timely completion of the work with consistency, accuracy, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completes required assembly activities for assigned orders while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practice
  • Assembles parts together utilizing assembly documents and various hand tools
  • Documents tasks with an understanding of quality control process
  • Meets and maintains daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company
  • Follows detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
  • Complies with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per company requests
  • Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment, and/or material to Manufacturing Manager
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Observes safety and security procedures
  • Performs other activities as needed and requested

  • Standing and sitting for extended periods of time,
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds in a safe and prudent manner,

  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach above and below shoulders, and full use of upper extremities,
  • Ability to easily move through an approximately 25,000 square foot warehouse building,
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English,
  • Correctable vision and hearing.
