Production Technician – Ontario, CA, United States

Responsibilities
- Ensure production requirements are met while operating the facility in a safe, efficient, reliable, and compliant manner.
- Operate as a front‑line Production Technician, responding to unplanned events, making technical decisions, and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate closely with operators, management, engineering, maintenance, and technical support teams to maintain operational continuity and resolve facility issues.
- Perform safe startup, shutdown, and operation of plant equipment while maintaining a thorough understanding of production processes, equipment functionality, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor plant performance, maximize efficiency and operating capacity, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain reliable operations.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, engineering standards, quality assurance programs, and audit requirements.
- Support Fill Zone operations, including trailer filling, railcar loading and unloading, and completion of all associated quality assurance and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including work orders, quality documentation, equipment records, and process data.
- Participate in rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, and provide on‑call support as required.
Qualifications
- More than three (3+) years of relevant industrial operations, manufacturing, or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with installation, operation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and systems.
- Working knowledge of Hazardous Work Permit processes, Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and safe work practices.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Self‑motivated professional with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing operational conditions and business needs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across departments and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business software applications.

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $61,669 – $90,448.
