Responsible for maintaining and inspecting raw grinding, finish grinding, raw materials blending, calcining, clinker cooling, coal mill, and auxiliary equipment to ensure proper operating condition. Also assists in the operation of equipment.
Education: High School or GED
Additional Requirements :
Required to work outside year-round in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), in dusty environments, confined spaces, and at heights.
Must be able to work constantly rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
This is a labor-intensive position; candidates must be able to lift 75–100 lbs regularly and pass a physical fit test.
Ideal candidates have a high mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protection Equipment (\"PPE\"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
