Job Overview:
Production Technician II - Miami, FL
The Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. This includes safely maintaining, repairing, replacing, and assisting in modifying all processing, packaging, and facility equipment in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures.
Shift and Schedule:
This is a full-time position on 3rd shift, Monday - Friday from 10:00pm - 6:00am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Position Responsibilities:

• Operate machines following on-line quality and Best Practice procedures
• Handle empty cases
• Perform quality checks
• Monitor for defective materials
• Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete mechanical repairs
• Assist mechanics during repairs
• Conduct quality inspections and documentations
• Make data-driven process adjustments
• Troubleshoot potential issues
• Train other operators
• Follow safety procedures and wear required safety gear

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $24.80 per hour
