A leading company in dental solutions is seeking a full-time Production Operator to join their team in Mansfield, Texas. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring product specifications. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in a manufacturing or dental environment, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
We develop, manufacture, and supply dental implants, clear aligners, instruments, CADCAM prosthetics and biomaterials for use in esthetic dentistry, tooth replacement and restoration solutions or to prevent tooth loss.

Performs a variety of tasks in the production and assembly of dental elements. Follows work instruction, guidelines, and/or diagrams. Operates production equipment. Conducts quality inspections to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
Essential Functions and Duties:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
· Operate ovens, milling machines and packaging machines
· Inspect parts as they are produced including microscope inspection
· Ensure part finish quality meets or exceeds requirements
· Careful handling and counting of the parts
· Follow procedures and complete documentation as needed
· Clean and maintain, hand pieces, sandblaster, steamer, benches and stain solution
· Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
· Record and report information accurately as required
· Perform job duties in compliance with work instructions
· Adhere to all company policies, work rules and the Straumann Code of Conduct
· Work is performed in a manufacturing environment
· The employee is expected to operate machinery with moving parts
· The employee may occasionally be exposed to dust
· Based on station assignment, the employee may be exposed to water, heat, cured resins, soap and disinfectants
· The noise level in the work environment is consistently moderate
· The employee will work in a fast-paced, team environment
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
· Dental laboratory operations or similar experience
· Manufacturing experience
· Ability to inspect and work using a microscope
· Able to interact with a computer managed workflow
· Ability to work with small, high-quality parts and recognize detail
