Quality Door & Woodworks is seeking a Cabinet Production Technician to help ensure our cabinet doors and drawer boxes meet top quality standards. This in-person role is located in Stapleton, GA, with a 4‑5 person team and opportunities for growth within the business.

The position emphasizes quality control, lean processes, and teamwork. You will join a close-knit team dedicated to growth, collaboration, and continuing improvement in our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Good vision and the ability to quickly read a tape measure.
• Proficient in English for instructions and safety.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic construction skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cabinets meet high quality standards through inspection and assembly.
• Support lean processes and participate in daily team meetings.

Job Description: Cabinet Production Technician

Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
• Lift at least 50 lbs
• Good vision, capable of quickly reading a tape measure
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation
• Proficient in English
• Basic construction skills preferred

Most importantly, we seek individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! We prioritize personality and temperament, as we believe skills can be trained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour to start

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Overtime may be required

Location: In person, Stapleton, GA 30823. Relocation or reliable commuting required.
