TAIT is seeking a Production Technician to support fabrication, assembly, and testing of TAIT products in a team environment. You will read blueprints, identify materials, and help deliver finished assemblies that meet TAIT quality standards.
The role offers growth opportunities within the department and requires adherence to safety policies. Candidates should have basic fabrication skills, be able to work independently or with a small team, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

The Production Technician will assist with all manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication on TAIT products and projects in a group setting with minimal guidance from the process lead. This position will require the Production Technician to be highly functional in multiple disciplines and help support the fabrication team to deliver a finished product to TAIT’s standards of quality. This position also provides access to continued growth within the department based on skillset and training.
