Job summary

Lokar Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented production worker to perform tasks in a clean room environment. You will assemble, package, and prepare components and finished products, following manufacturer directions and production schedules.

Responsibilities include completing tasks per work orders, reporting quality or process issues, maintaining accurate inventory and production documentation, and adhering to safety and company policies. Cross-training and occasional repairs may be required.

We are looking for a skilled individual to perform production tasks in a clean environment. You will be picking components, gathering supplies, sub-assemblies, finished products, and packaging products. This role is an integral part to the success of Lokar.

Scope of Position may include:

• Assemble and/or package all products according to manufacturer's directions and specifications.
• Complete work tasks as indicated by work orders and production schedules.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Manager.
• Completion of Inventory and Production documentation.
• Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies.
• Stage assembled product in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Cross training (Participate in both learning and teaching already known tasks/positions).
• Complete repairs as necessary.
• Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Hand strength required for hand cutting tools and various fastening tools.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and execute.
• Manufacturing experience desired.
