• Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Check product quality to ensure it meets customer standards.
• Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Engage in on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.

• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What You’ll Earn

Depending on your experience, you can earn up to $25 per hour to start. This includes base pay, night shift premium and double pay on Sundays.
