Vylor in Durant, IA is hiring a Production Technician to join our seed production team. You will participate in harvest-related tasks, monitor automated equipment, and help with packaging, loading, and logistics.

The role requires reliability, a Team approach, and the ability to work rotating shifts including overtime during peaks. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications; associates degrees in Agriculture or Manufacturing are

Qualifikationen

• Two-year technical or associate degree in Agriculture/Manufacturing/Operations or related field preferred for standing out.
• Must be comfortable using computers and standard software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing workflows.
