Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing group supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Weekend shift: Friday-Sat-Sunday from 7am to 7:30pm

Pharma Experience Is Important - 2 Years

What's the Job?

• Oversee the work of other members of the Manufacturing team and be accountable for their performance.
• Demonstrate expertise in clean room/aseptic environments and equipment preparation.
• Independently make important decisions during processing while consulting management on critical issues.
• Act as group lead in the absence of the supervisor, excluding formal disciplinary actions.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the supervisor and coordinate with support groups.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Certification for entry into the Aseptic Core is required.
• Experience in inspection (semi-automated and manual) and packaging operations.
• Ability to work the weekend shift: Friday to Sunday from 7 am to 7:30 pm.
