The Position

As a Production Technician, you will support manufacturing operations in areas like manufacturing, packaging, and product labeling. Your responsibilities include setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic machines, following process sheets or instructions, inspecting operations, and supporting continuous quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain material and supply needs for production, set up & operate equipment, process materials, and package kits according to SOPs.
• Inspect products and components for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to packaging processes.
• Prepare work centers and conduct regular cleaning; may train colleagues as needed.

Who You Are

• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing assembly in a regulated industry.
• Understanding of GMP and ISO principles.
• Ability to perform basic math and use standard computer software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, safety awareness, detail orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally and work flexibly as needed.

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Pay Transparency

The salary range is $34,400 - $64,000 USD annually, based on experience, location, and qualifications. A discretionary bonus may be available.
