Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions vital to their industrial production. Our facilities are monitored 24/7 from our operations control center in Houston, Texas, overseeing over 89,000 data points to ensure reliable supply and energy efficiency.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Air Liquide Rodeo SMR is seeking a Plant Operator to start up, operate, and maintain two ultra-high purity nitrogen plants. Responsibilities include adjusting operations via process control systems, performing daily rounds, calibrating gas analyzers, managing cryogenic tank inventories, and conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on compressors, piping, and cryogenic systems. The role requires reading P&IDs, adhering to HSE standards, and responding to plant alarms, including nights and weekends when on-call, as part of an onsite team.

• Start up and operate two ultra-high purity nitrogen plants (air separation units).
• Adjust plant operations using process control systems to meet production demands.
• Perform daily rounds, readings, and calibrate gas analyzers.
• Manage cryogenic tank inventories and supply to customers.
• Complete preventative maintenance and troubleshoot cryogenic gas systems.
• Read and understand process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Follow all HSE standards and maintain safety protocols.
