Job Description:

Respond to service calls, perform assigned services following SERVPRO guidelines, communicate with the crew chief, support other personnel, and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Set up staging areas and equipment for projects
• Leave job sites clean and orderly
• Perform production processes as per guidelines and crew chief directions
• Ensure clear communication with crew chief and technicians
• Perform cleanup and breakdown at job completion
• Follow safety and risk management guidelines

Qualifications:

• Effective oral communication
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to travel locally and out of state

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking, standing, driving, climbing, working at heights, in tight spaces
• Repetitive physical tasks
