Job summary

ITI Engineering seeks a motivated Production Technician to assemble custom electrical and mechanical hardware in support of mission-critical aerospace products at our Florida facility. You will follow work instructions and use hand tools, multimeters, and test equipment to build reliable assemblies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality, with opportunities to contribute to design improvements and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading schematics and using calibration/test equipment.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience completing assembly, maintenance, or modification in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• IPC training/certification is preferred.

• Product assembly, maintenance, or modification.
• Independently follow work instructions to assemble electromechanical components.
• Use hand and small power tools and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
• Assist engineers in design and development of test procedures for new products and recommends product improvements or manufacturing modifications.
• Coordinate with teammates to accomplish tasks that require multiple team members.
• Follow established guidelines for safety and quality.
