Job Title: Production Technician

Multiple Shifts Available:

  • Shift 2: 5 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday – Thursday (10-Hour Shifts, 4-Nights Per Week)
  • Shift 3: 5:30 AM – 6 PM, Friday – Sunday (12-Hour Shifts, 3-Days Per Week)
    • Shift 3 Includes A 12% ShiftDifferential To Accommodate For 36/40 Hours Per Week.

Pay Rates:

$18.00 - $19.50 an Hour (Based on Experience, Interview, Etc.)

  • 12% Shift Differential Added For Candidates Employed On Shift 2 & 3

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hand assembly of a variety of sub-systems and components.
  • Reading, interpreting, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
  • Operation of manual hand tools and power tools as required in assembly and validation work.
  • Operation of material handling equipment if required (training/certification provided).
  • Performing basic troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose system, sub-system, and ancillary component issues during the manufacturing process.
  • Following all environmental health and safety regulations; compliance with all OSHA standards.
  • Maintaining proper housekeeping to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Professionally communicating with team members and supervisors.
  • Completing manufacturing documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational education/training is preferred.
  • One year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position is preferred.
  • High degree of manual dexterity.
  • Comfort/experience operating hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule around manufacturing demand.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Quality-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with a positive communication style.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
