FIRST RF is seeking a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented Production Technician to join our Production team. Successful candidates are dedicated individuals who thrive in a team‑oriented environment. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for using components and parts to produce world‑class RF systems and antennas.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
This is a full‑time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday‑Thursday, 6:30am‑5pm; however, schedules may vary based on production demands and management discretion. This job may require more than 40 hours of work per week as the need arises.
No travel is expected for this position.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, communicate verbally, and hear effectively. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, and equipment. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. The employee must be able to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday; including being able to occasionally walk, reach with hands and arms, kneel, and crouch.
