Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States

Functional Area: Production

Working Model: Onsite

Shift: 3/4 X 12 (Schedule: 3×12 from 6pm to 6am)

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications and schedules, meeting volume, cost, wastage targets, and quality standards.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels.
• May act as a team leader to ensure that work meets agreed targets by directly overseeing team members, if appropriate.
• Generally performs work of a similar nature to those supervised.
• Likely to orient or provide guidance to team members, but refers most matters to the superior.

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic working knowledge of the technical field/area of specialization with application of principles, theories, and concepts, and the ability to propose a course of action.
• Performs basic level shop floor competencies and follows detailed instructions.
• May require limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Primary contacts are with direct supervisor, peers, and subordinates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• 0.5–2 years of related experience, or PBS requirements completed and passed assessment at the appropriate level.
• Applicable industry or professional certification preferred.
• Regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
• Ability to work non‑standard schedule as needed.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: 3×12 from 6pm to 6am.

Salary: $23.31 per hour.
