Job summary

Alcon in Johns Creek, GA, is seeking an Associate, Production Technical Operations (Science/Tech/Engineering Path). The role focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing and adherence to quality standards.

You will monitor output, analyze production data, develop reports and dashboards, support NC investigations and CAPA, and collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to drive continuous

Qualifications

Formal machine-operating experience in a manufacturing setting.
Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tooling for dashboards.
Experience supporting NC investigations and CAPA activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to meet specs and quality standards.
Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
Monitor output quality and identify causes for rework or scrap.
Analyze production data and dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Maintenance to drive performance.
