Job summary

MW Components is seeking a warehouse associate to count, sort, and clean parts in a fast-paced environment. Experience with sheet metal and machinery operation is valued, along with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a mechanical inclination, and basic tool and shop math skills. Candidates should be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned and work Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tool familiarity.
• Familiarity with basic shop math concepts.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Counting, sorting, and cleaning parts as main tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Warehouse environment where temperature ranges based on seasonal weather
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, pull, and push with hands and arms, reach overhead, and talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb or balance
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally required to sit
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
