Champion Foods LLC seeks an entry-level manufacturing operator to set up, start, test, and adjust complex equipment to maximize quality and output. You may guide newer colleagues, diagnose issues, and perform basic maintenance while ensuring GMP and safety compliance.

You will inspect ingredients and packaging, document data in systems, and support changeovers with minimal supervision in a fast-paced production environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for effective manufacture and distribution of materials.
• Ability to communicate clearly and explain technical manufacturing equipment.
• Evidence of organization and planning skills and ability to meet production deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up, start, and adjustment of equipment for quality and productivity.
• Tune equipment during production and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Assist lesser skilled production associates and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity in GMP.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA requirements and safety rules.
• Inspect ingredients, products, and packaging for quality and adherence to specs.
• Enter required information into the applicable software system.
