Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to follow written production documentation in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components and completed work within takt time.
• Document work in production and quality forms.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Operate tools, fixtures and equipment safely.
• Rotate through multiple job stations within the department.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Troubleshoot, rework, and repair assemblies.
• Soldering and IPC specifications knowledge.
• SMT line setup, start up, and shutdown.
• Train and assist Operators to perform their duties.
