Job summary

KI is seeking an Assembly Technician to support final assembly and packaging in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This entry-level role emphasizes following production schedules, using hand tools and production equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement.

You will train new technicians, participate in Kaizen events, promote safety, and help maintain quality standards while working 2pm-10pm, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Dependable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work under tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to work instructions and schedules.

Shift Hours: 2pm - 10pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime

Salary: $19.00 an hour +$2.00 Shift Premium
