Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated in Manitowoc, WI is seeking an Assembly Technician for the 2pm–10pm shift to assemble and package products in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role involves using hand tools, following production schedules, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will train new technicians in your cell, participate in Kaizen events, and help maintain safety standards while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Dependable with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work under tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical & Work Environment
