The Production Tech at Hormel Foods Corporation in Alabama handles labeling and boxing of finished products on the Boxing 2nd Shift under supervision. You will operate scales, assist with boxing, labeling, and stacking, and maintain safe GMP practices in a cold, high-activity environment.
This full-time role requires endurance for long shifts, adherence to SOPs, and readiness to work overtime, with a background in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required.
The Production Tech position performs the labeling and boxing of finished product under the supervision and direction of the Boxing Supervisor.

This is a full-time position. 40+ hours per week.
Hours of work: Monday through Friday, start and finish time varies depending on workload.
10 – 12 hour work days are common. Weekends and overtime hours are often required. Schedule is subject to change with or without advance notice.
