Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Production Team Partner to join the Washroom operation in Salt Lake City, UT. The role emphasizes hands-on loading/unloading of washers and dryers and delivering finished garments within the plant floor.

We offer on-the-job training, a 5-day work week with weekends off, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with company match, health insurance, and paid time off. Junior team members may grow into leadership roles through cross-training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Wash – Load, unload and operate washing machines.
• Dry – Load and unload the dryers.
• Deliver processed garments to designated finishing areas.
• Deliver processed flatgoods to designated areas.
• Monitor detergent supply and report malfunctions.
• Record production processes accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Complete paperwork promptly.
• Follow safety policies and HACCP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

UniFirst is seeking areliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family.As a Team Partner working in the Wash Aisle Department, you are at the heart ofour plant floor operations. Here you will be loading and unloading industrialwashers and dryers. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday andSunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Dry - Load and unloadthe dryers
• Deliver processedgarments to designated finishing area
• Deliver processed flatgoods to designated area
• Monitor detergent supplyand report all equipment malfunctions
• Report all productionprocesses accurately
• Maintain a clean workarea
• Complete paperwork and recordkeep in a timely manner
• Follow all safetypolicies, HACCP and medical guidelines
• Perform otherduties as described by area supervisor or management

What we’re looking for:

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
