Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our production department in Portland. You will work with a team to unload soiled products from service trucks, separate by type, weigh and store until the next step, and assist with account modifications as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be at least 18 to operate machinery.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from trucks.
• Separate products by type.
• Weigh and hoist/store soiled products until next process.
• Handle reductions or modifications to customer accounts.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by supervisor or management.
