Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our team in Texas. You will help ensure soiled items are accounted for and laundered correctly, working as part of a team with on-the-job training.

The role offers a 40-hour work week and a set of benefits including health insurance and retirement options. We value family culture and opportunities for advancement from the production floor into management.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations in standard units.

Responsibilities

• Count soiled wipers, cloths, aprons, towels, etc. coming back from customer stops.
• Ensure all soiled items are accounted for to get properly laundered, folded, and returned to the customer.
• Report processes accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.

As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will be working as a team to ensure all soiled items are accounted for to get properly laundered. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.
