UniFirst in El Paso, TX is seeking a Production Team Partner for the production department. You will help manage soiled items, ensure proper laundering, folding, and return to customers, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role focuses on teamwork, on-the-job training, and a clear path for growth within a 40-hour week with weekends off. No prior experience required beyond a high school education.

Competenze

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Count soiled wipers, cloths, aprons, towels returned from customer stops.
• Ensure items are laundered, folded, and returned to customer.

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will be working as a team to ensure all soiled items are accounted for to get properly laundered. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

Count soiled wipers, cloths, aprons, towels, etc. coming back from customer stops

Ensure all soiled items are accounted for to get properly laundered, folded, and returned to the customer

Report processes accurately

Maintain a clean work area

Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines

Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

Qualifications

High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
