Job summary

UniFirst Corporation in Nashua is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our family. You will help ensure customer garments are in excellent condition through quality inspection and teamwork on a 40-hour work week with weekends off.

On-the-job training is provided, with a focus on safety, HACCP, and production practices. You''ll fold, bundle, inspect for defects, and support a culture that values growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using standard units of weight, volume, and distance.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles per company requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, and damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
