Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to ensure garments stay in excellent condition through quality inspection on the production floor in Mesquite, TX. The role features on-the-job training, a 5-day work week, and a benefits package including 401K with company match, health insurance, and paid time off.

Primary duties include folding and packing items, product inspection, and adhering to safety and HACCP guidelines while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic math using standard units of weight, volume and distance.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles per company requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains and damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
