Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family in Charlotte. You will work as part of a team to ensure garments are kept in excellent condition through quality inspection.

We offer an 8-hour shift with a 40-hour work week, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, profit sharing, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Join a family culture with opportunities for growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles in accordance with company requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, and damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
