Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our Shipping Department in Richland, WA. You will help ensure on-time delivery by preparing garments for shipment and organizing by route. The role offers on-the-job training, a 40-hour workweek, and weekends off.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using standard units.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require polybagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
